Please be advised that this is a medical and surgical eye-care facility.

We DO participate with medical insurances, including Medicare, most commericial insurances, and Maryland State insurances

We do NOT participate with vision insurances as we do NOT sell glasses nor offer contact lens fittings.  We can measure your glasses prescription and provide you with the printed prescription to take to a local optical shop.

One must have a medical diagnosis to qualify for an eye exam or your insurance may not cover the examination.  Diagnoses that qualify include diabetes, dry eye, seasonal allergies with eye involvement, cataracts, etc.  Typically, all patients older than 50 years old will have a medical diagnosis that qualifies.  

We do not see anyone under the age of six years old.
